Vintage 18k Gold lapis and diamond ring by Cartier circa 1970. The lapis and the diamonds oppose each other on the finger. One side is set with 30 modern round brilliant diamonds weighing about 1.20 cts total. The ring is slightly domed and would look nice on its own or stacked with other vintage bands. The ring is signed Cartier 750 with numbers. The ring is currently a size 4.5 and can be gently sized.
