A 1950s mid-century platinum sapphire and diamond cocktail ring. The ring centers on an old European cut diamond weighs approximately 1.0 cts and is accented by 8 old European cut diamonds weighing weighing about 1.80 cts total. There are four square cut sapphires which weigh about 0.60 cts. The center diamond is graded in the mounting as a J color and VS2. The other diamonds are similar quality I-J color VS2 to SI2. The ring is currently a size 7. The ring is 0.50 inches wide. The ring is a lovely take on the bypass design.
