Period and rare Art Deco platinum and diamond onyx hanging earrings circa 1920. These lovely examples of geometric Art Deco design with fine craftsmanship. The earrings are set with 56 single cut and old cut diamonds that weigh a total of about 1.10 cts. The tops on the ear are small ovals suspending a calibre cut onyx section and another diamond section and a round pendant onyx set with diamonds. The earrings win and have movement. Very attractive and simple elegance. The earrings are 2 inches long. They have screw backs that can be converted and are stamped PT900.
