A vintage textured 18k yellow and white gold diamond heart pendant circa 1970 made by Kutchinksky. The heart has ribbed parts with a white pave diamond part. The 12 round brilliant diamonds weigh approximately 0.60 carats. The heart is fully signed by Kutchinsky who is a late 20th century British jeweler and designer. The heart has English hallmarks for 18k gold. The heart is 1 inch long and 1 inch wide. It weighs 8.8 grams.
