Art Deco Platinum French Cut Diamond Straightline Bracelet
SOLD
A rare and special Art Deco platinum French Cut diamond line bracelet, circa 1920. This bracelet is set with 60 channel set French cut diamonds, weighing a total of 12 carats. Each French Cut diamond is bright and clean, approximately G to H colors. French cuts were popular at the turn of the century until about 1940 when they were not widely cut as they are harder to cut and the precision of round stones, or eventually emerald cuts were more favored by the public. This bracelet is in excellent condition with original crisp engraving along the sides, and it is silky smooth and flexible. The bracelet is 3.8 mm wide and 7.25 inches long. There are no marks on it, but it is likely American. The tongue is made in 18k gold for strength.
