A rare Victorian pair of black enamel 14k yellow gold mourning bangles with gorgeous floral and geometric designs. This fine pair dates to about 1860 and has floral scrollwork on one side, and a geometric design on the other. The bracelets hinge open and have a chain safety attached. They would have been worn by a lady while in mourning, but today these bangles are cool and fashionable. The bangles are in great condition, with only small wear to the enamel and no significant dents to the inside of the bracelets. They are 1 inch wide and is just under 7 inches around.
